Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Online purchases (excluding gift cards) made through Curly Que Locs are valid for exchanges or returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s).
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at customerservice@curlyquelocs.com. Indicate the order number and the reason for the return or exchange request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at customerservice@curlyquelocs.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom ordered products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please contact us at customerservice@curlyquelocs.com if you have any questions about non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. Items that are returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging will receive a full refund.
Funds associated with your purchase will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@curlyquelocs.com in order to have your issue addressed.
